Idarca-Audio Inc. develops and manufactures high end technology audio equipment that facilitates the creative work of musicians as well as recording and production professionals.

Idarca-Audio Inc :
- Develops and manufactures high-end equipment for audio synthesis and re-synthesis, the Acxel2 «CARD» , «RACK» and «STUDIO»
- Creates and sells professionnal sound libraries worldwide.
- Use the most powerful microprocessor (RPP) on the market in all its Acxel2 equipment. The RPP, developed and patented by its parent company IDARCA Inc, processes the sound, its envelope and its articulations at a speed equivalent of more than 100 PCs working simultaneously! Staging musicians or production/post-production professionals will never have to "wait" for their sound again!
Acxel2: A love story with music!
In 1985, the ancestor of Acxel2, the 16¶, was born and shown at the National Association of Music Merchant (NAMM) in Boston.
In 1987 a second version of 16¶ was developed still as a console but also in a rackmount type system. It already contained at this stage the basic elements (sound synthesis equipment, high tech analysis programs for the resynthesis, graphical touch console.) of what was to become the Acxel one in 1990.
From 1998 to 2001 research and development were performed on an integrated re-synthesizer coupled to a computer, allowing us to develop the DVS (Digital Versatile Synthesizer). The system was based on the processor MCAPS, a processor derived from the original Acxel's Harmonic Processor. A Windows software interface coupled with DSP processors operating functions controlled the synthesis.
In 2001 and 2002 the basic elements of the Acxel2 were prepared to make a board and software, included windows editing functions, on a PCI card.
Finally, since 2002, a new processor (RPP) was created and integrated on the same PCI card (plus PCIe). A new analysis software has been implemented to integrate all functions of the new Acxel2 (Acxelink synthesis, signal processing, resynthesis, expandability).
On August 1st 2009, Idarca-Audio Inc. give birth to Acxel2 ! . . . Just for you.
